Search Terms
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party company that operates that tool. Polk County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the details needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Automatic Technical Details
Routine logs and measurement services may collect basic technical facts when a page loads:
